You do NOT have to create a account to comment.
The comment section is located right under each posting, where it shows the number of comments. (click on it)
Just leave a comment in the box and scroll down, right under the comment box and choose "anonymous" as a option, where it says "comment as". Then click "post comment".
If you do want to show your name, then create a google account, or a different type of account.
